The use of Researcher in Microsoft 365 Copilot and personalized agents helps accelerate research tasks and optimize interactions between teams. The new process reduces the time for core research processes from two weeks to one day, significantly speeding up decision-making.

Applying AI in research activities allows for quicker processing of complex information and achieving consensus at early stages of decision-making. This enables teams to focus on refining strategy and enhancing business efficiency.
